Register Your Information & Create My Page

After entering your visitor information on the visitor pre-registration page,
answer the survey and create your My Page.

STEP2

Print Your Badge or Save the QR Code

Print the visitor badge displayed on My Page (color, A4 size),
or save the “Visitor Badge Exchange QR Code” on your smartphone.

STEP3

Present Your Badge or QR Code at the Venue

On the day, please place the printed visitor badge in a holder and enter the venue.
Or, you can present the visitor badge exchange QR code on your smartphone.

Q1What is required to visit?

A visitor badge is required for entry to the exhibition.
Please register via the visitor pre-registration page.

Q2How to visit the exhibition?
  1. After entering your visitor information on the visitor pre-registration page, answer the survey and create your My Page.
  2. Print the visitor badge displayed on My Page (color print, A4 size), or save the “Visitor Badge Exchange QR Code” on your smartphone.
  3. On the day of the exhibition, please place the printed visitor badge in a holder and enter the venue.
    Alternatively, you can present the visitor badge exchange QR code on your smartphone or tablet.

Q3Can I register accompanying visitors together for entry?

You can also register your accompanying visitor(s) on their behalf.
Please proceed to the visitor pre-registration page and register the information of the persons who will attend with you.
Additionally, you can register accompanying visitors after pre-registration through your My Page.
*Once the registration for the accompanying visitors is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the entered email address.
 Please make sure to check your email.

Q4Are there any admission requirements for visitors?

High school students and older must register as visitors. (Junior high school students and younger do not need to register, but may enter only when accompanied by a parent or guardian.) Please bring your student ID card when you come to the venue.

Please use the general parking lots around the venue.

Courier service is available at the service counter inside the venue.

Q7Do you offer assistance with visa applications?
